Clase Azul’s Mexico City Experience
In the heart of Mexico City’s prestigious Polanco district, Clase Azul has unveiled Casa de los Leones. It is the brand’s first residence and a bold new expression of contemporary Mexican luxury.
Set behind a restored historic façade on Luis G. Urbina, the space is less a showroom and more a living, breathing sanctuary where art, design, hospitality, and spirits converge.
Conceived as an immersive “brand home,” Casa de los Leones invites guests to inhabit, rather than simply observe, the world of Clase Azul. Designed by C Cúbica Arquitectos in collaboration with local artisans and designers, the mansion blends heritage elements—stone staircases, stained glass, wrought iron—with modern interventions, creating a layered narrative of past and present.
Every detail serves a purpose. Works by artists such as Raúl de la Cerda and Beatriz Morales reinforce a dialogue between craftsmanship and sustainability, while the Cocktail Bar transforms storytelling into a sensory experience, with signature drinks inspired by Polanco’s literary streets.
A highlight is the debut of “Encuentros x Amador Montes,” a limited-edition mezcal created in collaboration with Amador Montes and master distiller Viridiana Tinoco. Crafted from wild tepeztate agave, it embodies both ancestral tradition and contemporary artistry.
Guests can further explore the brand’s philosophy through “Taste of Time,” a curated tasting journey that unfolds like a narrative across past, present, and future.
